As part of my personal training, Kelsey has me writing my personal goals/beliefs down in a notebook ten times every night. They are:
1. I am capable of making good choices.
2. I'm determined to discipline myself to be better.
3. I deserve to love myself.

Every time I start writing, I feel like I'm writing some sort of crazed manifesto with the same statements over and over again...
