A rice bowl that I keep in case I ever feel very Asian.

Actually, back in the days of dating someone seriously.....[insert memory waves], my boyfriend built me a gorgeous box (yes, built me one!) and I decided to buy some rice bowls (and place mats, chop sticks and chop stick holders) to put in it. The combination of box and bowls may be one of my favorite things I own.

I love, love, love dishes! I used to have a few sets of china, but I loaned most of them out to friends who actually have their own apartments/houses, so now I just have my Chinese rice set and the blue willow set.

I had to get something out of the chest where I store my china, so I thought I'd take them out and dust them off while I was at it.
